Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (including tracking number).
Once we have received the returned items, your purchase amount will be refunded.
All returns must be reported through our customer service.

I received a defective item:
Please contact our support team immediately and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is defective

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo documentation

If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a picture of the packaging and send it to our customer service.
Claims regarding damaged packages must be submitted no later than 7 days after the delivery date.
We cannot offer a refund, store credit, or replacement without documentation via our support team.

I received the wrong item:
If you mistakenly received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Name of the item you did not receive

  • Name of the item you did receive

  • A photo of the incorrect item

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it and placing a new order for the desired size or model.

For defective products:
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise faulty, we will cover the return shipping and send you a new, flawless item at no extra cost.

If you wish to return item(s):
If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and for providing documentation of the return.

Cancellation Policy
Please note:
Orders cannot be cancelled as they are automatically processed and prepared for shipment around the clock.
If you no longer want the items, you may of course return them after receiving your order.
